I enjoyed the place, it was clean & the staff were pleasant. The twin/double room I had was cool. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

Clean hotel, I enjoyed efficient staff. I got complimentary twin/double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Really enjoyed a bathtub in my private bathroom. The location was magnificent close to train station, you may take train on Charing Cross train station within 5 minutes walk from here. Everything was simply perfect.

Reception staff on arrival were great and very helpful,....
I feel the prices were too high, probably I think because of the Neil Diamond concert that was showing that weekend , I think they were doubled, what happened to the advert 29 pound a night and I know this is based on a 2 night stay but still wouldnt have worked out at that, nice hotel though and we would stay again , hopefully at a better price ....

Its walking distance to the SECC and also into the main city..its dining facilities are very good as is the buffet breakfast ( breakfast is extra) this also leaves you the choice to have a lie in and breakfast elsewhere...views from the top floor rooms are fantastic...Beds are very comfortable and big
There was only one chair in the room and only one bedside cabinet ..we both needed space for various bits beside the bed for our own comfort..Towels are a bit small for the larger figure !!

The location very close to bars and restaurants was great. We thoroughly enjoyed the room, it was exceptionally comfortable with heating, 2 large windows...

having stayed at the Premier in George St in December I expected the same sort of standard. The double room was a lot smaller, both rooms were very stuffy and could not open windows to air them. Bathroom in family room did not smell clean at all. Staff were not as friendly as at George st and when checking in there was only 1 out of 3 computers workiing which caused a delay. We got woken up on the sunday morning by maid service. Overall i would not stay at this hotel again and do not think it was value for money.

The room was spacious, though the bathroom lighting was too dim for makeup.

Friendly staff, and extreme comfort. Nice views over the city skyline. Close to city centre, the theatre and the busy pub life of Glasgow. Had a great stay.
Fortunately we stayed at the weekend and parkingin the near by ncp car park was cheap. However, if you stay mid week, parking even with the hotel discount can be expensive.
